This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms governing cancellations, refunds, and related processes. By using KOLnection, you agree to the following terms, which are governed by the laws of Singapore.

Cancellation Policy

  • After Acceptance of Service:
    Once an influencer accepts a service request or campaign from a brand, cancellation is not allowed unless both parties reach a mutual agreement.
    • Both the brand and influencer must agree in writing (via the platform) to cancel the service.
    • The platform will process cancellations only upon confirmation from both parties.
  • Cancellation Initiated by the Brand:
    • If the brand requests a cancellation after service acceptance, the influencer must agree for the cancellation to proceed.
    • Any work completed by the influencer must be compensated unless otherwise agreed.
  • Cancellation Initiated by the Influencer:
    • If an influencer cancels after accepting a service, the platform reserves the right to:
      • Refund the brand fully, minus transaction fees.
      • Penalize the influencer, including possible suspension or restriction from the platform for repeated cancellations.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued when both parties agree to cancel a service or campaign.A transaction fee will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover processing costs. Refunds will take approximately 7–14 business days to process, depending on the payment method and banking channels.

No-Show or Non-Delivery Policy

For Influencers:

  • If an influencer fails to deliver agreed-upon services or does not show up for a campaign without valid justification:
    • The brand will be entitled to a full refund.
    • The influencer may face penalties, including suspension or removal from the platform.

For Brands:

Partial refunds may be considered, excluding work already completed.

If a brand does not provide necessary materials, briefs, or timely approval for the influencer to proceed:

The influencer will not be held liable for non-delivery.

Transaction Fees

All cancellations and refunds are subject to a transaction fee charged by the platform.The transaction fee will vary based on the payment method and processing costs.

Dispute Resolution

Mediation:

  • In the event of a dispute between a brand and an influencer, both parties must submit their claims through the KOLnection platform.
  • The platform’s dispute resolution team will mediate and make a final decision based on evidence provided.

Governing Law:

All disputes and claims will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

Platform Rights

KOLnection reserves the right to:

Adjust or amend policies at any time, with prior notification to users.

Withhold funds during a dispute resolution process.

Suspend or terminate accounts for repeated violations of platform policies.

User Responsibilities

Brands:

  • Provide clear and complete briefs to influencers.
  • Approve or provide feedback within agreed timelines.

Influencers:

Maintain professional communication with the brand throughout the campaign.

Deliver services as per the agreed brief and timeline.

Adherence to Singapore Law

This policy and all platform activities are governed by the laws of Singapore.By using KOLnection, you agree that any disputes or legal matters will be handled in accordance with Singapore law and, if necessary, within the jurisdiction of Singapore courts.

Final Agreement
